TONY SEMAAN

Dr Tony Semaan: is a member of the Lebanese Association of Certified Public Accountants (Membership No. 2836) and Managing Partner at House of Audit since 2013, with extensive regional and international experience across Lebanon, the GCC, Africa, and Europe.

He specializes in operational and internal audits, financial management and reporting, due diligence, restructuring, risk and gap analysis, and the implementation of governance frameworks, systems, policies, and procedures aligned with international standards and operational KPIs. His expertise also extends to tax management, compliance with IFRS and GAAP standards, quality management systems, and operational excellence initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and organizational performance.

Tony is GDPR-EU Certified and ISO 27001 Certified, with strong expertise in information security, data protection, and compliance monitoring, helping organizations ensure the highest levels of privacy and security governance. He also possesses advanced technical expertise in ERP and financial systems including SAP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, ZOHO, and Visual Dolphin.

In addition to his leadership and advisory roles, Tony is recognized for his strong management and coaching capabilities, mentoring teams and leading complex financial and operational projects across various industries.

Academically, Tony holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), an MBA in Audit – CPA from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK), and a degree in Accounting and Finance with distinction from the Lebanese University. He also holds several international certifications, including ACCA qualifications in International Audit, DipIFR, and UAE Tax & Regulation, in addition to certifications from PECB.

Tony actively participates in international professional seminars and conferences, including the 21st World Congress of Accountants, reflecting his continuous commitment to professional development and global best practices.

SANDY CHAMOUN

is a highly qualified professional in the field of finance and accounting. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting at the Lebanese University and went on to become a certified public accountant (CPA) from The State of New Hampshire Board of Accountancy and a certified auditor from the Lebanese Association of Certified Public Accountants Lebanon. In addition to her professional achievements, Sandy has also made significant contributions to the field through her teaching and consulting work. She is an instructor at the Lebanese Association of Certified Public Accountants (LACPA) and a lecturer at the Lebanese University Faculty of Economics and Business II. Furthermore, she has taught Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, and External Auditing courses in Certus Consultancy, Learning, and development department. Sandy is also proficient in various accounting software such as Rockwise Accounting Software (Oracle Database), PIMS, Visual Dolphin & Dolphin Accounting Software, and Microsoft Office. Sandy is the owner of Sandy Chamoun Auditing & Consulting Firm and works as a financial consultant.

JOSEPHINE GEAGEA

is an experienced auditor with a BA in Business from the Lebanese University Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. She is a member of the Lebanese Association of Certified Public Accountants (LACPA) and holds a Dip IFR and ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in London, UK. Additionally, Josephine holds a Certificate Management Accountant CMA from The Association of Accountants and Financial Professionals in Business (IMA). With a successful track record of checking a company’s financial records and identifying efficiency improvements, Josephine is a committed auditor who has the ability to generate and implement effective auditing procedures. Josephine has expertise in areas such as external and internal audits, accounting methods, financial risk management, budget forecasting, IFRS standards, and feasibility studies. She has local taxation experience in Lebanon, including property tax, individuals charged on a lump-sum basis, fiscal declarations, VAT fields, and tax on salaries. She also has international experience in Hong Kong, UAE, and Gulf Countries, including knowledge of tax rules and regulations, tax filing services, and corporate tax regimes.

PATRICIA NASR

is a highly experienced Executive Assistant with over 25 years of professional experience supporting senior management in administrative, coordination, and supervisory roles. She brings strong expertise in documentation and organization, ensuring accuracy, structure, and efficiency in all operational workflows. Known for her reliability and attention to detail, Patricia plays a key role in streamlining internal processes, coordinating activities, and maintaining high standards of administrative excellence.

JEAN GHAFARI

is an Assistant Senior Auditor at House of Audit. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from the Arts, Sciences, and Technology University in Lebanon (AUL), bringing creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to his role.

Jean assists senior auditors in managing financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations and accounting standards. His analytical mindset and commitment to accuracy support the efficient execution of accounting operations and contribute to the delivery of reliable financial information to clients.

MARIE-THERESE MANSOUR

is an Assistant Senior Auditor at House of Audit. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Lebanese University, bringing a strong analytical and technology-oriented approach to financial operations.

In her role, Marie-Thérèse supports senior auditors in managing financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations and accounting standards. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy contribute to the efficient execution of accounting processes and the delivery of reliable financial information.
