TONY SEMAAN

is a member of the Lebanese Association of Certified Public Accountants (membership number 2836) and has extensive experience in financial and accounting operations, including drafting detailed programs for operational and internal audits, evaluating risk assessments and treatments for data protection, and complying with accounting standards, GAAP, and IFRS in financial reporting. Additionally, he possesses expertise in tax management according to Lebanese laws and regulations and has experience in designing and implementing systems, policies, and procedures according to appropriate KPIs, as well as budget monitoring and generating detailed audit drafts related to operational and internal operations. He is GDPR-EU certified, which allows him to monitor companies’ information security to ensure the highest level of personal data protection and privacy. He is also an expert in restructuring and establishing due diligence in addition to organizing systems of operations based on quality management and information security procedures covering the overall operational cycle of various company types. He also has strong management and coaching skills and possesses technical knowledge in various software, SAP, dynamics NAV, ZOHO, and Visual Dolphin. TONY SEMAAN obtained his GDPR-EU and SO 27001 Certified Auditor Certificate from PECB – Oslo, Norway, his MBA from USEK Lebanon, and his BA in Accounting and Finance – with distinction from the Lebanese University.

He has specific experience in the region, including working in Lebanon, UAE, Sudan, Cote d’Ivoire, Nigeria, and Norway.

Tony actively participates in numerous international seminars and recently received a certificate for his participation in the 21^st World Congress of Accountants held in Mumbai, India.

SANDY CHAMOUN

is a highly qualified professional in the field of finance and accounting. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting at the Lebanese University and went on to become a certified public accountant (CPA) from The State of New Hampshire Board of Accountancy and a certified auditor from the Lebanese Association of Certified Public Accountants Lebanon. In addition to her professional achievements, Sandy has also made significant contributions to the field through her teaching and consulting work. She is an instructor at the Lebanese Association of Certified Public Accountants (LACPA) and a lecturer at the Lebanese University Faculty of Economics and Business II. Furthermore, she has taught Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, and External Auditing courses in Certus Consultancy, Learning, and development department. Sandy is also proficient in various accounting software such as Rockwise Accounting Software (Oracle Database), PIMS, Visual Dolphin & Dolphin Accounting Software, and Microsoft Office. Sandy is the owner of Sandy Chamoun Auditing & Consulting Firm and works as a financial consultant.

JOSEPHINE GEAGEA

is an experienced auditor with a BA in Business from the Lebanese University Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. She is a member of the Lebanese Association of Certified Public Accountants (LACPA) and holds a Dip IFR and ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in London, UK. Additionally, Josephine holds a Certificate Management Accountant CMA from The Association of Accountants and Financial Professionals in Business (IMA). With a successful track record of checking a company’s financial records and identifying efficiency improvements, Josephine is a committed auditor who has the ability to generate and implement effective auditing procedures. Josephine has expertise in areas such as external and internal audits, accounting methods, financial risk management, budget forecasting, IFRS standards, and feasibility studies. She has local taxation experience in Lebanon, including property tax, individuals charged on a lump-sum basis, fiscal declarations, VAT fields, and tax on salaries. She also has international experience in Hong Kong, UAE, and Gulf Countries, including knowledge of tax rules and regulations, tax filing services, and corporate tax regimes.
